I help keep sea kayakers active by showing them how to use their whole body to take the pressure off the joints, and keep it pain free. And give them the easy to learn techniques that makes them more agile and confident. Even in the bigger waves.

I see a lot of people who have been kayaking for 10-15 years, and they are still not confident with their bracing skills. They  learned how to brace but are not sure they will be quick enough. And paddling feels hard for them. Like work. And many find the big Euro blade unforgiving, and even painful on the joints.
